- Can I purchase your cars online?
Yes: All our vehicles are available to reserve online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply find the vehicle of your choice and follow the on-screen process which will guide you through.
Once you have reserved, your vehicle you can choose to collect it at the date and time that meets your requirements, please note we allow 48 hours to collect your vehicle from the point of reservation.
- Do you offer home delivery?
Yes: We can deliver to anywhere within mainland Uk. There is a cost per mile for this service which will be made clear to you. Once you have reserved your vehicle of choice we will contact you within working hours to discuss your collection or delivery.
All deliveries are carried out by staff trained in social distancing and safe practices to limit
potential risks surrounding COVID-19.
All vehicles delivered, will receive a 14 day money back guarantee.
- Tell me more about the 14 day money back guarantee?
If you purchase one of our vehicles online and are not completely satisfied, we will guarantee you your money back for the first 14 days. (See our full terms and conditions for exact detail on this).
The 14 day guarantee only applies if we deliver the vehicle to you and not if you collect from us.
- How do I reserve a vehicle?
You can reserve a vehicle on our website without having physically seen the vehicle for a refundable reservation fee. If you reserve online, we will hold the vehicle for 48 hours for you to visit our dealership to inspect the vehicle and complete the purchase. If you do not collect the vehicle within 48 hours, we will cancel your reservation and re advertise the vehicle unless we have specifically agreed otherwise with you.
You can visit our dealership and view/test drive the vehicle and place a non-refundable £500 deposit on the vehicle, we will then remove the vehicle from sale. You can either drive the vehicle away the same day or collect at a later date to be agreed.
- What do I need to bring with me to buy a vehicle?
We will need to take a photo copy of your driving licence as proof of your identity. The driving licence will need to be the photograph/card style. We are unable to accept the paper style driving licence as proof of identity. If you do not have a photo driving licence then you may bring a passport as proof of identity.
If you would like to test drive the vehicle, we will also need to carry out an online licence check prior to allowing you to drive the vehicle. This allows us to check for any driving convictions which we must for, our insurance cover. In order for us to do this we will need you to provide us with your National Insurance number. We do not store your National Insurance Number on file for security reasons, we simply enter your N.I number directly into the GOV.co.uk website while you are present.
If you are not comfortable providing us your National Insurance Number you can go online and obtain a check code from the government website below. Simply bring the check code with you and we can use this to conduct your driving licence check.
- Are the vehicles available for test drive before I buy?
Yes (providing the vehicle is not 'Awaiting Preparation'). If it shows 'Awaiting Preparation' then the vehicle will not be available to view or test drive until the full preparation process has been completed. If the vehicle of your choice is in preparation and you wish to view it, you can register your interest with us and we will inform you as soon as it is ready to view.
- How can I test drive a vehicle and maintain social distancing?
In order to maintain safety and social distancing, we now allow unaccompanied test drives, providing you are above the age of 25 and below the age of 70. You must also have no more than 5 penalty points and have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months.
We are also able to accompany you on a vehicle test drive and will provide faces masks for both you and our member of staff. Please note that under this circumstance, only the driver and our member of staff will be permitted to sit in the vehicle for safety reasons.
- What is the administration fee for?
We charge an administration fee on all our vehicles to assist us in covering the associated costs involved with preparing the vehicle for sale and the administrative costs involved such as the background checks etc. We have varying levels of administration fee, see our terms and conditions of sale or the details on any of our vehicle adverts for more information.
- What background checks do you carry out on the vehicles?
We conduct a full background check on every vehicle prior to sale, which ensures the vehicle is not affected by any of the following:
- Not an insurance write off?
- Has no outstanding finance?
- There are no mileage discrepancies?
- Can I drive away on the day?
Yes, as long as the vehicle is not displayed as “Awaiting Preparation”, the majority of our vehicles are ready to drive away the same day. Please contact our sales team if you are unsure about the vehicle status.
